Now you just need to work on an esperanto version for bill shatner and a latin version for the curia.

. . . Translated into Canadian??

It is a beautiful language. I went to a big Mass at the National Shrine in Lithuanian once. It sounds like a cross between a Slavonic language and Latin. Incidentally, it is supposed to be so close to Sanskrit that in the early days of indo-european philology in Berlin it was taught to students to prime them up for Sanskrit.

Yes, Tom. It's called "The Da Vinc-eh? Deception".

Mark R, it's not "close to Sanskrit", since the two languages are in totally separate branches of Indo-European. Instead, both Lithuanian and Sanskrit retain general features of the proto-language in nominal morphology. However, the lexicon, phonology, and verbal system show many, many innovations. The old trope that Lithuanian is somehow the "oldest" language of Europe is inaccurate. All languages are equally "old", Lithuanian just happens to have conserved some matters in one single part of its grammar.

Mark, you are a smartass

Good to see davinc-eh deception materials available in my tongue as well. I hope they remembered the extra u's as well
