Dawn probably already knows about it. It's common knowledge among Catholic New Yorkers that Catholic Underground is the first Saturday of the month from Sept. to April. What's not always common knowledge is who the guest act is going to be. Newbies are always surprised to see CFRs jamming in a rock band and yes, it's standing room only adoration. Oh, and did anyone mention the really long lines for confession at this event? And yes, people patiently wait their turn. Alas that I have another commitment on that night 'cause this Underground promises to be really good.

I spent almost a week with the CFR Sisters in New York. During that time I was able to participate in one of their praise nights. What fun!
