We already know how well Hillary can reign in her husband, don't we.

McCain broke he left arm in one place and right one in three places (or the other way around) when he ejected over Hanoi. He also messed up his right leg, which he almost lost due to enemy neglect. The North Vietnamese broke his arm again while he endured the three days of beatings that led to his "confession". He was never in the custody of the Viet Cong.

Hulk Hogan endorsed Obama. The race is over, eh?

The more I watch Romney, the more I'm convinced that Colbert has his number. Romney is, in fact, Guy Smiley's evil twin.

Yeah, if anything makes me wonder about McCain, it's endorsements from the likes of Ah-nuld and Rudy.
I also don't think he will encourage the kind of limited government that I am keen to see us move toward.
McCain is a mixed bag, but infinitely preferable to Obama or Hillary.
If the Dems can't manage to win the White House this time - after eight years of a president almost no one respects much anymore - will they begin to ask themselves the hard questions?
Of course not! But they'll likely make a good show of it.

How do you feel about President Bush throwing his weight around in the Middle East? —Roham Rashtchy West Palm Beach, Fla.
Sarandon: It has been a disaster. There is a huge disconnect between the real war and the politicized war. I wish that our representatives had more experience with the real war. If any of the men who were eager to get into this war had actually been in one, they would have found a way out.
If that's truly how she sees it, then why doesn't she support McCain or Ron Paul, the only Presidential candidates who have served in the military? Of all the candidates, only McCain has been to war.
Both Giuliani and Mitt Romney got draft deferrments, Hillary - well she's a woman and Obama is too young (45) to have been drafted and didn't volunteer to serve.

Like Dave Barry says, the best and highest use of government is entertainment - especially during an election year.

And finally, various stars who know nothing run around demonstrating that fact
I never got the appeal of taking your voting advice from an empty headed actor/actress. You rarely see brain surgeons, astrophysicists, mechanical engineers, etc. running around making fools of themselves.
