Hmm. By any chance, has Mark--or anyone else here, for that matter--ever read, or heard of, John Ralston Saul's "The Unconscious Civilization"? He too saw Satan as the "hero" of the Genesis story, and he declared that all writers and thinker ought to think of themselves as "snakes." |
