The Mary Foundation offers free copies of the Rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet on CD. They could be easily ripped to MP3 format.

Rosary Army (www.rosaryarmy.com) has some special podcasts dedicated to recitation of the rosary. They're also highly recommended for their weekly podcasts...

Try this link and look at the right-hand side for downloadable MP3's. Prayed in a very consistent, well-paced voice.

I second and third the Rosary Army recommend! I also have a pda rosary: www.virtualrosary.org. zit comes with a multitude of languages, as well as the Franciscan Crown, the divine Mercy Chaplet, and the Chaplet of the Seven Sorrows.

Rosary Army looks like an excellent site. Great recommendations!

Latin rosary podcast here.

There's lots; search iTunes library if you're an iTunes user.

On CD, Fr Benedict Groeschel and Simonetta's rosary is very nice. I think you might be able to get it free from the St Philomena foundation that Simonetta runs.

Dana and Fr Kevin Scallon's rosary and Stations of the Cross CDs are also good.

Beyond iTunes, I think that EWTN has one, as well.
