Lol, my apologies, Deirdre, you're not the fist to point out that that didn't come out right. What we so awkwardly meant was that we are blessed to have native English speakers for our support team, so communication is not an issue.

I don't know what a 'wog' is, but I thought a greaser was a rebel sort from the 1950's, so called because of all the hair gel? A'la the film "Grease"?

Good! I'm quite glad to hear this.

A wog is a derogatory term for those of Indian or African American descent, and greasers is likewise a derogatory term for hispanics.
