PLEASE tell me you at least kept in the more budget-conscious of Chesterton's "The Man Who Was an Interdimensional Traveller" episodes that took place on alternate Earths that all looked exactly like this one with the exact same level of technological advancement.

So we can get these on Amazon, then? Or elsewhere?

I always thought the T-Rex chase through the streets of Pimlico in Chesterton's much-neglected Dinodoxy, was one of the great unfilmed sfx sequences.

Nonsense. A Chesterton character would spend a lot of time training the dinosaur to come when called, and then ride the beast during the chase scene.

At which point, everybody would take off in their cargo spaceship, waving swords.

In other words, Jurassic Firefly.
