I had no idea you were a fellow Whedon fan. What great taste you have!

I watched that a few days ago. It was really funny until the end when it got strangely dark. It's still funny. Just... strange.

Wow!!!

Those guys can WRITE!!!!!

A phenomenal musical theatre achievement.

No, seriously. Amazing.

Even better news is there is going to be a sequel.

Buy it from iTunes to let creative people like Whedon know that there is a market for this.

Yay! I'd heard about this, when I read about his upcoming show "Dollhouse" but I never imagined I'd get to see it. Huzzah!

Yup, there's a reason it's available on iTunes (I purchased it there after watching it on Whedon's site). Whedon made this specactularly funny and clever musical with his own money ($100K) during the writer's strike. He offered it for free for a limited time, and then made it available (for only $3.99 for all three episodes) on iTunes. A DVD is forthcoming, which will include bonus features. It's well worth the money!

I'm with Aaron on this one. The dark twist at the end spoils the mood. For all the laughs, there's a sense of nihilism and despair underneath.

Niall Mor: I disagree! I thought all the (admittedly hilarious) comedy and schtick was only worth it because of the end. True, some may find the reassertion of a standard moral compass (as in, you reap what you sow) a little jarring, but I thought it was very poignant and truthful.

The ending is classic tragedy. An intelligent man with the noblest of intentions ruins his life and destroys everything he truly loves because he gives in to his feelings of pride and anger.
