That is a great story, and I don't mind that it comes from Lew Rockwell. Lots of good stuff does. However, I do think that the article inacurately states Ron Paul's position on a Human Life Amendment. He introduced the very first one in the 70's. And while it's true, he has a unique and widely ignored constitutional solution, he does not rule out working for a Human Life Amendment.

It self identifies as a 'paleolibertarian' site. The cosmopolitan libertarians tend to despise it. Who knew there was a schism in Libertarianism too?

They also distort the social doctrine of the Church and defend that libertarianism is compatible with it and give voice to radical traditionalist critics of Vatican II (the book mentioned in this article stated that Cardinal Ratzinger was a heretic).

Its quite interesting how radical traditionalists can, at the same time, profess to be orthodox libertarians (and vice-versa).

I know you don't know me from Adam, but...

I'm sorry. I've been thinking. I actually like the blog, its just the Ron Paul thing makes me nuts...you know "niagara falls..."

Anyway, in the interest of peace-making, I'll just keep my opinions about Ron Paul to myself. Not much point in causing more strife in the world, no matter how minor.
