While not exactly a fjord, there is the quaint little town of Poulsbo, which dresses itself in Scandinavian garb. I'm sure you're familiar with it, but if not, it's north of Bremerton across Puget Sound from you Seattleites. I'm not a resident but my grandmother was in a nursing home there until she passed away.
It's probably better suited for antiquing than plundering, and I'd guess it has more B&B's than mead halls, so I can't say how much it would appeal to an honest-to-goodness ex-Viking warrior who has lived among Indians.

That's "pew-al-up" not "pyoo-al-up." And don't forget about the lovely towns of Humptulips, Sequim & Gorst.

Poulsbo is actually the site of a Danish settlement from the early 1900's, and Seattle happens to house one of the finest Scandinavian-American heritage museums in the United States.
May I recommend Rasmussen's "New Land, New Lives" a book about Scandinavian immigrants to the Pacific Northwest? It will point out all sorts of fascinating things about Scandinavian cultures and customs in your area.

It's amazing how many Indians are among us who are not of Indian blood.
And, from one who does have Indian blood, and hangs with Rez people on occasion, I've learned why there aren't more Indians among us.
Up until the 1960s ... catch that?, the nineteen sixties, not the eighteen sixties ... it was legal in California to kill ... ok, murder, if you like ... Indians. But murder is a legal term here, and did not apply to the act of "murdering" Indians. From the history I've heard, but not yet verified, such acts were not uncommon. The Indians have retained this awareness, and are cautious about it.
This cultural/racial conflict seems to have its linguering smoke signals, as I've been told, in Alaska, if not in other places.
Comments concerning verification are more than welcome.

What about "Seattle?" I'm no expert on Pacific Northwest Indian history, but I seem to remember a "Chief Seattle" from my days in Catholic school history class...
