My damn city of Wheeling has been turned into Tijuana north and the local cops do nothing about it, Just a few miles away in Chicago they went down the sanctuary city road a while back. in 2006 so we're a prime destination for the jump the border crowd and I'm damn near packing my bags and moving south again.
