by the way, what CRM software do you recommend?
I have looked at sugar CRM as well as v tiger but neither one of them look like it was very good for a single agent. Was I wrong?

I'm not a real estate agent, but was wondering what are the most popular CRM systems out there for agents? I'm not sure about how aggressive the market is by software/web developers to design/market CRM applications for real estate agents, but I would have to imagine its huge (or should be).
In my opinion, real estate agents are really grasping the need and uses for technology in in today's business (especially with blogging and Web 2.0). It seemed as if it had always been people in the financial world (okay, besides CPA's) who were pretty well-versed in technology (for non-IT people). The last few years, real estate has overwhelmingly taken advantage of utilzing every form of technology.

Love it. Been looking to start a BLOG called Technology and Real Estate. To be honest in today's times, if you're in Real Estate and you don't have:
1. BLOG
2. WebSite
3. Registrations with ALL Real Estate internet communities
4. PDA
5. Laptop
6. CRM
You're behind. You're way behind and in the next 2 years you're going to be off the chart.
Love it man. Would love to trade links with you too. This is the kind of BLOG that gets my tingles tingling
