The map of gang activity is a great idea. I am a Minneapolis REALTOR and am interested in how this would apply to my market.

Where do you get the information for this sort of map?

Also, does anyone try to claim that you are "redlining" or "steering?"

Also, how does a prospective buyer use this information intelligently? Are some gang areas worse than others?
