I hate faxes too.
What kind of scanner would you recommend? I would need something that would scan an armload of legal sized documents at a time.
Also, if you could suggest any kind of helpful software for the device, that would be great.

I have been a geek for some time now, but a Realtor for only a short while. Thank you for helping me justify to myself and everyone around me why I need a new treo.
I also agree with you on the PDF thing. I have been using Nova PDF since I started. Do you suggest any other program?

I think the technology part of the real estate business is important, but it's only relevant to the client if they too are adept at it.

The real estate business is not without its share of scams. I feel choosing a real estate agent is a process that has to be done very carefully. Nobody wants to be taken on a run for their money. The best way to screen out ‘fake’ real estate agents is to check up on their credentials and affiliations. We make sure our agents know what they are all about. They explore and invest in each new market before recommending it to buyers. That way we do not send out our buyers into unknown territory.

There's always a "them and us" mentality out there. There are those people who like things the way they were(them). "What's wrong with paper anyways?" Then there are those who are always looking for a better way to do things(us).
I like being us. It's a lot more fun.
