Great list! And I have to say that is pretty much on comment. The whole buyer incentive thing, just makes me laugh (so much I wrote a story on it). Buy my house and I'll give you a VW Bug ... can you say desperate?

What's caving? And how could Buyer's incentives be "out" in a tight market? I guess the 900 whatever people can have their opinion...the market will have its own.
