Murmur, Instigate, CLAMOR!!
Of course, if you're a nonracist American stuck in these states, you realize that this post is pretty much dead on.
As a good old boy who just happens to not have gotten mired in the good old boy network and family tradition of hating on every body who ain't white, I agree with everything you said.
But even out in the sticks, people are getting better. There are some throwbacks, its true- but the youth of America aren't locked in their parent's mindsets the way they used to be. It's getting better- and every day another racist dinosaur Zell Miller dies, dueling pistol in hand, no doubt.
And another progressive is born, hopefully to parents who are a lot more tolerant than his own predecessors.
