The thought of Martin Scorcese directing a musical almost scares me, so my skepticism is high. This could be very interesting.

Why? Why is this being done? Ok, ok... you're right, no snap judgements. If they do take it someplace new, it could be interesting... They ought to hire you, those are some good ideas. Or, here's a thought, why not crib something from the original Pygmalion and have her marry Freddy?
