The thought of Martin Scorcese directing a musical almost scares me, so my skepticism is high. This could be very interesting.

So, so ominous. Are there no actual singers they could have tapped? Or is it time for another round of "My Fair Lady" voice-over magic?

Sean: I honestly wonder if she got the part just because she has that same long, elegant neck that Hepburn did.
Why? Why is this being done? Ok, ok... you're right, no snap judgements. If they do take it someplace new, it could be interesting... They ought to hire you, those are some good ideas. Or, here's a thought, why not crib something from the original Pygmalion and have her marry Freddy?
AM: That would be an interesting twist, especially for people who've only seen the movie/play.
