Hi Chrissy Jo,
That happens to me sometimes. I started taking a calcium supplement with magnesium and zinc added. Magnesium can be as easily depleted as potassium. Does your daily vitamin contain minerals too?
Another possible cause is a bit of dehydration. Sometimes you just need to drink more water. (of course,unless you have health reasons not too).

Thanks for the advice. I just had a conversation w/someone about how we hate drinking water constantly. I am trying though - had 3 glasses today. I'm pretty sure my vitamin has magnesium though.
