Gravatar Great Site with plenty of good advice and encouragement! My wife and I start each day with 1 cup of soy milk, one cup of low fat low sugar fruit yogurt and one scoop of The Feast Supercharged and it holds us for 4 full hours. And the tase is awesome!

Gravatar Yummy! I thinkg #2 choic for me - Soy milk should be just fine. I wonder what it would taste like with chocolate soy milk? I love putting ice cream in chocolate soy milk anyway, especially in the summer.
