There's a restaurant in Cape May, Geckos, which has a fabulous Quinoa salad. They also serve a whole bunch of vegetarian dishes, mostly of Mexican origin.

MMM I love Mexican! It seems like we have very few vegetarian friendly restaurants here. Unless u want a side salad and a potato I guess.
