Gravatar I find that as I study, write and meditate more on raising my awareness and maintaining a higher energy about everything in my life, I have less and less "bad days." I cannot even remember now how long ago I had what I would call a bad week! All of this positive energy helps at moments of "down time," so that I'm better equipped to shift my energy from negative to positive. It really is all about stopping to smell the roses! I'm glad that your experience with your cat and your boyfriend helped remind you.

Gravatar Hi Chrissy,

Well, I guess everyone goes thru days like these every once in a while.

For me, if ever I get caught up into such a day, I try focusing elsewhere, watching a good classic comedy always helps me.

But nevertheless at times the circumstances surrounding our emotions can prove to be something quite difficult to address, when that happens, that's when I get into the gym and lash out all the inner anger.

Gravatar I also had a very very bad MONTH, not only week...university,work, exams...lots of things..anyway... Yesterday as i came home..my neighbour came to my door and when i opened..surprise! HE brought me flowers and said " do you want to play basket with me ? please...you are like my kind of girl !" hahahahhahahha, it really impressed me BECAUSE he is 4 YEARS OLD !!!! I have to say...all the stress vanished!
We should enjoy life more ..

Gravatar Bed In Summer

(1)

In winter I get up at night

And dress by yellow candle-light. 。

In summer quite the other way,

I have to go to bed by day.

(2)

I have to go to bed and see

The birds still hopping on the tree,

Or hear the grown-up people's feet

Still going past me in the street. 。

(3)

And does it not seem hard to you,

When all the sky is clear and blue,

And I should like so much to play,

To have to go to bed by day?

Gravatar I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

Gravatar everyone have our "humanly hour"...stress gives us that. i have a lot of those when i am in the hospital when you just wanted to leave everything and go home BUT YOU CAN'T. sometimes, when you have a 3 year old kid demanding for attention in the midst of your thousands of chores you wanted to force her to sleep, BUT STILL, YOU CANT.

what i do? i calm myself (and everything else) with a PRAYER. then i'll be back on track in just a couple of minutes.=)
