REAL CHICKS DRIVE STICK =) since i started driving i've been driving stick too. daddy always said if your going to learn how to drive it mine as well be stick. i even took my driving test with my stickshift car hahaha. anyways though congrats on the new car.

Good for you sis! I started out with a stick too - holla! And I had an '86 Accord that I drove to the bone. But yup, we all have to start somewhere. Congrats on the upgrade and humble beginnings definitely build character Thanks for reminding us all of that.
OOOh newER car ey! That's koo! Old school honda's are still sexy, they have the best bodies. Better than the space ship cars that are commin out nowadays..LOL Maybe I'm just turning into an old fart and growing out of the generation but the new cars commin out are fugly ;[

Congrats on the new ride! I know how liberating it is to get your own car, when I first got my car I had NO CREDIT, and they wanted me to have a co-signer, my parents and grandparents said NO, and I ended up paying a lot down (and monthly) but I am proud cuz it's mine and under MY name and no one can take it away from me! It also helped me build my credit!
I think girls who can drive stick is sexy! I wish I can though.. I'm too scared to learn. =(

I admire any girl that can drive stick! I've been wanting to learn, but to no avail. LoL. My bf tried teaching me, but at the worst possible times (i.e. during rush hour, at 2am in unfamiliar territory while still jet lagged in HI). Congrats on getting a "new" car! I got my first very own car about 2 years ago, which I'm also paying out of my own pocket. One of the things I hate about being older is all the damn bills. LoL.
I'm gonna say it again, congrats sis! I'm so proud of you! You got that job, you got your laptop, you got your car and guess what? You're paying for it on your own. Can we say Miss Independent!?
