I went on a demo in Dublin today, but even the organisers admitted that the attendance was disappointing. I was rather surprised as the invasion has received a lot of media attention here, and a pro-Palestinian demo 2 weeks ago was much better attended. The organisers' 'excuse' was that it was an emergency rally done at very short notice - which is true. They plan to have a much bigger one next week.
