Regarding Britain, it seems that Blair - yet again - is fairly isolated in his cheerleading for this war. It's been said that many in his cabinet -incl. his new foreign sec - are rather more 'evenhanded'. The Archbishop of Canturbury also wrote to him requesting he demand an unconditional ceasefire. But blair is too eager to be Bush's poodle and to hide behind an utterly illusory 'moral authority' to see the reality.
