The sad thing is, a South American leader is doing far more for the Palestinians than the lousy Arab 'leaders', who did not even dare to recall their ambassadors from Tel Aviv.

I wouldn't be that pessimistic, Europe. Chavez has enormous support and backing of the population and I think he will withstand whatever the US imperialists try. Look at Fidel; when he dies it will be due to old age, not US attempts (and they were many) on his life.
