Just to reiterate my request that you include David Hirst's classic "Gun and the Olive Branch" in your list. Hirst was a champiion of the Palestinian cause long before it became 'trendy'. And yes, I suppose US posters may find it hard to believe, but in many circles in Europe and elsewhere, the Palestinian cause is actually quite popular. Really.
