Hard to believe that this was once a proud nation.

I think the lesson here is that once you learn to bow to your own dictators and kings, you automatically learn to bow to the foreigner. Enjoy!

Proud nation ? I m having my doubts, whatever my Arabic teachers taught me in Poetry and history classes were probably exagerations and the fruits of their imagination. they were never proud , they were useless morons who put America and Britain first before the needs of their own people , im finding out articles that show that. the Traitors in Jordan and how they informed Golda Meir of every arab move , et..t.e...
They are useless, spinless, traitors and cowards and im ashamed to share the same race as them.
Sheikh Hassan Nasralla IS a brave Arab and im proud of him. He had been offered higher authority and money to shut up but he did not . unlike some sheikhs in our land.

Well Tony, you're being harsh.
Recently Hizb Allah rabbuha la-3ozrayeen in Lebanon
and
the resistance 3am bi rabbu the USA in Iraq
One can't expect the whole Arab world to mobilize for the Palestinians. It's not their problem.
I'm worried that if things remain as they are the Palestinians will host another Olympics. That is internationalize their resistance again. Which of course will be a disaster; but that's where things are heading.
