Tony,
All these Shiite-Sunnah civil wars are the creation of the Saudis. Their strategy is to create a situation where the Sunnah are beholden to the funding from the Saudi government.
Part of their strategy is to undermine Arab nationalism. So they have an incentive to undermine the Palestinians. In fact sell us out.
I truly hope that there are Palestinians that will not be bought by these Saudi ideas. I'm worried that Hamas has not understood the dangers with regard to the Saudis.
There is a major battle in the Middle East that is bigger than the Palestinians. The main weapon in this battle is sectarianism. Outwardly it is a battle for Islam and doctrine. I don't know where it is heading but should the Saudis win, kafak 3a falasteen...

Mubarak is also supporting the AL Sahyoun in Riad . He said yesterday they support Siniora and disagree with the Opposition demos , and that they are ready to face Iran (because they also think Michel Aoun and Slimane franjieh are supported by syria and iran , not knowing that Michel Aoun does can not stand syria)
the opposition in Egypt < kifaya said those comments from Mubarak must be the work of the US embassy and a lot of pressure from them.

The last time the shias came out in the streets in Saudia , holding Hezbollah posters, they were shot at from the saudi Police and threatened and many have been detained some disappeard as they normally do in saudi a country (protected by Human rights watch as they tend to ignore what goes on in there )
If saudi goes too far , their own shias will come out too (hopefully unless they have been brained washed beyond redemption by the AL saud family )
