Denise, yes I went to the FFS but this year (YAY!) it was held in San Diego. Looks like they are returning to SF next year, :-(
Have fun in New York! I've never been to that one. Look up Clearbrook Farms when you're there and taste their tartlettes!

Thanks from this old farmer for the REM info, my husband was amused by my lack of knowledge of this military term. Just read your blog and saw that you attended the fancy food show.
