My lavender arrived and it is gorgeous. Thanks! When I picked it up, the young guy working at the mailbox place even stopped me so he could smell it. It will make a huge difference in my baking for the next couple of months, thanks again!

I have lots of lavender and I never thought to do this! What a great idea. Exatly what goes into Herbes de Provence? I'm sure I can operate the vacuum thingie on my own but I've never made HdP.

The (rather generous) bunch you gave me for *my* herb duh s'mee vonce was/is heavenly! I highly recommend your crop to all! I could smell the fragrance right trough the bag and thought "To heck with the kitchen! I'm tossing this stuff around the bedrooms!", but I didn't, too tasty. So perhaps I will have to come down and exchange favours? Name your price sis! A bunch for ________"
