Gravatar I have to tell a secret...but I am glad you said it first, I too use shower caps to cover my bread! It is a long story to be told over a cup of coffee but I have a big box of them. However, your breads turned out beautiful and the rolls are just gorgeous!

Gravatar Beautiful bread Robyn. I LOVE the shower cap tip. I'm actually hotelling it this week -- out of town in training -- I just went and tossed the shower cap in my suitcase! When I get home I can bake 6 loaves of bread!
