Why yes Gail, I think it would be fine for that size tart. Be careful rolling it out. Don't work the dough too much as you don't want it going tough on you. I'd just roll it out to get the thickness and then cut and press it in with your fingers if there is too much on one side and not enough on the other. (if you understand me well enough) I never roll my doughs out. I am a finger presser and it always seems to work out well.
Any chance this recipe works for a single 11-inch tart?

They're so pretty! I'd pay arm and a leg for figs and apricot marmalade here in Bangkok, so this recipe might just be filed away for awhile. But I will make them one day

You must not feel obliged to come and visit me. An invitation is not an intimation.
