Oh it's out there scarehaircare! Just takes a bit of looking. Still the window sill sounds like a good idea!
I have never used summer savory nor seen it in the stores. I guess I will have to find seed and start it on the kitchen window sill next to my flourishing rosemary, oregano, basil, sage, and thyme.

OOOOH. I used this (your) recipe and it was fabulous. I roasted baby ed potatoes; a bit of olive oil, and sprinkle the Herbs, roast as usual...mmmm.
