Gravatar A lot more young people are religious now. Lord knows how many Bible Club chicks and Born-Again-Virgins I've come across at my college.

They don't view religion as some sort of evil, nefarious influence.
They don't want a theocracy, but they don't want an Anti-Christian Atheist Secular Government that's against them either.

Gravatar I've seen quite a fair number of Born-Again-Virgins in my days both as a college student and as a college teacher.

Some of us have had running polls on how long it sticks. I've seen it last as long as 3 years and as short as 2 weeks.

Gravatar Ron,

I think you paint it incorrectly. These college kids, I will call them kids at my slightly older age, are taught their religious beliefs by those who think that any government that does not promote Christianity is anti-Christian.
