I think you've hit on a big problem in a lot of communities. Here in Northside we have a monthly paper that's distributed to every home and a kiosk located in the business district and these help but we're still not connecting with a large group of residents. If anybody has some good ideas about how to reach the large number of residents that are currently not engaged in our (or any other) community, I, for one, would love to hear them.
