This American he was found not guilty of beating his child. knowing him personally he wants his son to live to grow up. Family situations played an enormous part in this that was not played out in the paper.
Last I checked Malone was found innocent of any crime, and was only guilty of disciplining his child. I know that liberals don't believe in discipline anymore and think that a parents job is to be their kid's friend, but good parents know better. I'd like to see more liberals try this thing called being a parent to their children.
Winburn & Malone are both in a religious group that appears to worship money so it makes sense the GOP would support them.
It is kinda strange that the GOP would support Harper, tho, given that he is a veteran.
Isn't the GOP motto something like, "Sacrifice is for chumps" ?

Unfortunately, John Eby's only claim to fame was the time he served on the Citizen Complaint Authority. Since then, he hasn't pulled his weight in Westwood. He'll sign up for all sorts of committees, show up a couple of times & then go back to politics smoozing.
When he visits a location near you, ask him about his involvement on the front lines of civic & safety committees. Ask the hard questions.
Unfortunately, he's not getting my vote. I don't care if he's pro-police or not. He hasn't done any hard dirty work in his neighborhood. That's where you pay your dues.

Brian Crum Garry has appealed that case. Yeah, that's still dragging along. He's had all the paperwork on several cases sealed. Some Judges have granted his request, & others have told him to jam it.

The CPD fabricated this exact same story about a year before they claimed Garry did it. Unfortunately for the police, someone produced a video of the entire incident which showed that the accused was innocent and that the story was fabricated.
And then a year later they made up the same story again. To describe the police as stupid would be generous. Describing them as liars who routinely conduct their affairs without regard to the law and the spirit of the law would be more accurate.

Sam Malone was found "not guilty." He was not "found innocent," as you describe.
There's quite a difference.
Maybe if a few more parents would beat their kids when they get out of line, there would be fewer kids willing to cause problems. I know that I was careful about what I did because I didn't want to have to face my dad's punishment.
Nasty woman, one is innocent until proven guilty. The conclusion of Malone's trial resulted in him being innocent.
Unlike your hero Mean Jean Schmidt, who was found GUILTY of lying by the Ohio Elections Commission. Twice.
Malone was an idiot of a councilman. He has few skills, little valuable experience and often speaks out of his ass.
Child punishment and party politics aside, Malone hasn't a prayer to get back on in '07.
This is why I voted for Karl Malone instead.
