The Commissioners left it up to the independently elected officials as to how they implemented any layoffs. The Board of Commissioners has no authority to lay off employees of other elected officials. They only approve the budgets.
Curious how only Obama supporters [Clerk of Courts] became the first fired....the investigation should begin.
