I never even knew Wah Mee was there...and to hear that it's been there for 30 years. Who knew?!?! Bad location indeed.

Yeah, and the food was frankly pretty mediocre. It was mainly a lunch spot for people in the immediate area. It did have kind of a 1970s chinese restaurant feel to it--I always felt like it would be a great place to shoot a movie or something.

The Righteous Room is one of the best pieces of news lately, considering the Pavilion people are very successful in the bar business. This is a real vote of confidence in downtown by smart business people.
