i would have totally done the same thing you did. as much as i would like to give it to him or even pick it up and give it to a friend as a gift... i can't say i'd have the nerve!

I'd have held it up and said to everyone loudly, "Ummm, did someone drop their copy of Black Booty?!"
"Hello?! Who dropped their copy of Black Booty?!"

On second thought, it probably had his DNA on it, if you know what I mean. Think about what he was doing right before he hit the eject button and took the DVD out...
