How can Peter be even remotely considered for the top prosecutor position in Cameron County, when he can't even realize his deceptive campaign tactics are borderline illegal? How did he obtain confidential records? Is this "break all the rules" attitude what we want in our county? There is no doubt that Peter has a hidden agenda and would pose a threat of creating a Duke lacrosse team prosecution in our very own backyard.

I can only hope that the men and women unfairly and irreparably harmed by Peter's intentional misuse of the confidential information of those individuals whose cases did not even rise to the level of the filing of formal charges against them, unite and seek justice against Peter and hold him accountable, for once, for his actions.

I already voted for Villalobos and after reading todays paper I am glad I did. Peter must think the people of Cameron County are idiots if he thinks we would vote for him after all these lies. It's a slap in the face. Too many lies:

1. lied about his indictment

2. lied about not being repremanded by the state bar

3. lied about the sources of his advertisements

4. lied by saying he's never lost a case

5. lied about a donation he claimed AV took from Dannenbaum

6. lied in his advertisement that AV took money from Livingston

7. lied about his criminal law experience

lie after lie after lie... but the lies can end Tuesday if we all get out the vote.

I never understood the term "borderline illegal". Either it is illegal or it isn't. The real crime is that Villalobos is running from his record. It says a lot that the people at Maggie's House are helping Zavaletta. Villalobos is failing at the job and its time to revoke his probation.

I was being (too) nice, I guess. Stating the obvious would imply that Peter paid (again) for a document. Instead of a notarized affidavit and a get out of jail free card, it was a list of innocent children of this county who were abused ....... by Peter and his ad nauseam obsession to fill a position for which he has demonstrated, time and time again, he has neither the talent or knowledge of the law to even be considered.
