I do not know if the story is true - but you have a better chance of the pope performing a brist than a judge admitting this document into evidence.

The story may be 100% true - but the person who prepared this document, which is not an affidavit under Texas law, only makes it easier for PZ to claim false statements.

Someone went a long way to get this statement and appears to have deliberately kept it in a form which protects Moncada from being charged with perjury.

Again, this does not mean the story is not true.
