It seems that the Mayor has learned something about conducting business in public. I haven't attended a meeting since fall, and, two outbursts aside-both directed at proceeding in an orderly manner, Mr. Ahumada stayed on point and was nearly gracious in explaining to Commissioner Atkinson why one needed to have a motion on the floor in order to discuss a matter. I still have policy disagreements, but that's going to be true with anyone. At least he is trying to use the rules of order to keep things on track and moving.
