Why do we have legal council with the PUB when they do not understand the law, here is a good example where people just made decisions to suit themselves, if these people were to run their own companies like they run the PUB they would be broke within a short time.

It seems they make the decisions and approve things that are not legal, and for the Chairman to make such a comment as to the verdict of the Judge, this is now a one sided committee and will be this way now that there is a four to two split.
