How sickening. Isla Blanca Park now has a HUGE $8M debt added to it without so much as an explanation to the public as to how it will pay it back. And it depends on the public to tell the parks director what everyone knows but him... what kind of dis-repair the park is in! I've got a suggestion...FIRE Javier Mendez (parks director) for failing to do his job. When will this corruption end??? Everyone knows that the Court wants to put the county into so much debt that they will have to put hotels in the park to pay this debt off. Say goodbye to the life we all knew. EVERY single one of them should be hanging their heads in shame!
