The city denied her, The State of Texas accepted her petitions and residency, the city then accepts her and has her name on the ballot, and here you come to try and take her off, and create false perceptions of her. People are now questioning everything you do and say Mr. Davis. Now print this one.

Can't come to grips with whom she lied to, Cap'n? Was it to the voting public or was it toyour face? Take your pick.
I feel she will remain on that ballot. It seems that the proper authority already allowed her to enter race. All the details you are looking for are on file with the city and state. Why do you not ever question other candidates that have received thousands from developers and never reported proper contributions from them on their campaign reports, yet those same commissioners vote in favor of developer projects at the expense of the citizens. Those are lies. And what about the medical claims at the city commission level that are in the millions that were paid from the city budget.
What is all that computer voodoo you do, Mr. Davis? If you want to impress us, then use your magic for good and turn Robert Sanchez's post into coherent prose.

I'm not sure if you really made the previous post or someone did it in your name but if it's really you then it's your integrity that's on the line.
I have come to respect you for sticking up for the citizens of Brownsville but how do you argue with this video I just watched. Four months ago she made that statement right in front of you and now you are saying what she is doing is fine. You along with some others sued PUB because you felt the city charter was being violated. Why now are you willing to turn a blind eye?
4 months ago she tells you at that meeting she lives on Skyview and on this sworn statement she says she lived in Southmost for 7 months. Is it a coincidence that you have to live in the district for 6 months in order to run???
You worked real hard to get where you are on that PUB Board. Don't throw it all away on this. This seems like a no brainer. Of all people I thought you would be the one siding with Mr. Cafebrownsville on this issue.
I challenge you to continue to do what's right or in my books you are no better than any of those other politicians.
I'm all for women's rights and an advocate for equity amongst the classes, sexes and ethnic groups....this is NOT an issue of gender, it is an issue of residence.
I will never support a candidate who uses the female equity argument on an obvious act of simple deceit. Whoever planted the idea and paid for the printing of the signs did more harm than good for the cause and this campaign.

I wrote in to the Brownsville voice recently in an effort to answer a question Mr. BWC himself posed. He asked…What is Peter’s motivation”? I assumed he meant what was peter’s motivation for being the Port drama queen. I answered him there but he wouldn’t print my response. I hope you will Mr. Davis.
The fact is short and sweet….peter wants to make as much noise as possible in an effort to make himself appear as the Port Super Hero and savior. He would then parley that into a run for the District attorney job. Everyone in the know already knows what peters motivation is or should I say was… he has sense found out he would have no support and no chance of winning the election. BWC is obviously peters mouth piece and doesn’t really care about what’s right or wrong. He just worships peter as much as peter does. What a shame. He seemed like a breath of fresh air for Brownsville. To bad he fell under the pumpkin eaters spell. Oh well.

I am happy there is financial contributions available for Presas Garcia's campaign. The force behind the cash seems to believe in her governing ethics on behalf of the citizens of Brownsville in general. I truly believe Mrs. Presas Garcia would not take pay for puppet performances at city hall. She truly has the talent and drive to be the best elected female official in our town's history. The force will not regret the contributions to her historic campaign.

this is really ashame that this has gone way too far... this election will not be that close at all, mayor and other candidate positions as well..

I have hope, that one day you will be a kinder person Mr. Davis. As far as Patricia(Cafe Brownsville commenter), she should know that her advice to you is wrong on this website. Plain out wrong. It would be wrong to change comments by contributors to your website. To Mr. Toro Loco, I appreciate the comments, and if you can read the Charter on the City of Brownsville website, you will see that the Mayor is suppose to absorb the details of decisions in the PUB Board Room, and report to the Commissioners about PUB activity. The power for a mayor to vote at PUB seems to not be allowed as one of his or her duties at PUB. Remember that the present commissioners and mayor attempted to rewrite the charter with the November 2005 election. The savy attorney thinking put up for vote, to receive pay, let the mayor vote at PUB, and the power to expell PUB Board members from their appointed positions. The citizens spoke by voting no to these attorney created ideas of power similar to the structure of a monarch. That is wrong folks. Any more questions, go for it. Davis, tear me apart on your website again if you please. I already stated on the internet about the truth of the major chisme that political monsters and past political geniuses authored on other websites about people close to you and who know me or grew up with me. I do appreciate you signing your comments Mr. Davis. And all you Robert Sanchez bashers, please, I encourage you to come to the monthly PUB Board Meetings and air your comments there during Public Comment Period. And thanks for providing the video disc of the Board Meeting last month to the city and the PUB. Yours truly guided them towards you to ask for assistance.

If Catalina Presas will do whatever it takes to get on the ballot and run for a position in a district she does not live in, what will she do if elected? Will Catalina Presas lie, cut deals and steal to stay in power? Can she be trusted, considering she has no qualms to misrepresent herself in order to quaify? The irony is that Bill Hudson, Renato Cardenas and Ernie Hernandez relish the idea to get someonelse to run against Rick Longoria without any qualms of what is legal or right. This goes to show that these people will do anything and everything to get elected.
