Okay, this letter cracks me UP. It reminds me deliciously of the ridiculous corporation in Office Space. Do all those higher ups spend so much time "actualizing the shifting paradigm" that they completely lose their collective grip on reality?

Oooh, Oooh.
I just watched the CEO of IDEO give a talk where he says that American audlts are loosing their creativity because the tools to be creative are gradually taken away from them.
In kindergarden we are surrounded by the tools of creativity...colored paper, crayons, glue, SCISSORS, ect.
As we get older and older there are fewer instruments around us to aid our creativity, so it grows stale and dies.
I went right to the supply closet and get every single thing I could that will help me express my ideas and creativity.
