EN général je la réserve pour le mois d'aout mais des fois je triche. J'avais fait un risoto bleu sucré et puis des oeufs en gelé bleu. Le plus amusant c'est la tête des invités, il y en a qui ne peuvent même pas porter à leur bouche et d'autres plus téméraires qui ont l'impression d'avoir vécu une expérience de l'extrème. Mais pour faire ces recettes je trichais avec du colorant bleu, tu as trouvé pour moi ce que je cherchais depuis si longtemps un colorant bleu naturel, comme le safran ou le curcuma pour le jaune. Maintenant à moi de trouver cette fève miracle et d'imaginer toutes sortes de recettes avec pour mon prochain mois bleu (en aout, ca me laisse le temps). Tu as bien fait de t'être laissé entrainer dans ces achats, grace à toi je connais l'existence de cette fève !
