I've been telling you to go all along. When I hear you talk about JJmany times I get choked up. MiddleChild and I are good for about 15 minutes of conversation and he would never do the things that JJ does for you, and I am his little brother. We grew up closely but once my sexuality came to light, there has been a big strain on our relationship. So if you have it, cherish it.
i actually have tears in my eyes for the love you and your brother both share. it made me realize how much my little brother cares for me and i for him... this post goes good with ice cream on a sunday morning... thanks

Clay, good to see you made the decision to go home. Family always comes first in my opinion. My recent cause for celebration was made all the more enjoyable by the presence of my family members.
That is good you have that type of relationship with your brother and you had a good time at his party. My relationship with my brothers are cool just so long as I don't as they say talk about "gay shit". So our relationship is not cool because that is part of who I am. So when I hear about relationships like the one you have with your brother it gives me a warm fuzzy on the inside.

cs, it's good to know that your brother is comfortable with your sexuality. my little bro (well, he's taller and bigger than me, but i'm still older and wiser dammit) is in the air force and i definitely thought i would be up against a brick wall. but we've been cool ever since i came out to him (like he ain't know all his life). in fact, i got him to go out with me to a gay club for a little while, before he dragged me to a titty bar called "thee doll house" with a "firefighters for bush" t-shirt put up behind the dj booth. having family, especially male family, accept you is truly a blessing.
Am so glad that you went home. Would have been thoroughly disappointed if you had not to attend a party.
