Thanks so much for the link to Zencast. That is exactly what I need right now. I've been trying to get to an in-person meditation course, ever since I read Buddhism for Mothers, but all the ones near me are at times I can't make.

how inspiring. thanks for those links - would love to look in to this when time opens up a bit. i used to dabble in buddhist meditation when i lived in the nt and had a few buddhist friends.
