Gravatar Clipperz is a good online solution.

I also like (and use) Sxipper, a Firefox extension. It stores encrypted passwords on your machine in the Firefox password manager, then fills in forms as needed once you are logged in.

One caveat with this service: it is protected by the password you use for the manager. You cannot log in to Fx without the password, so if you want a "guest" account you need to create another profile. Also, if you export the password file for outside storage it comes in plain text and you must remember to encrypt it externally. Not a problem, really, but a potential user error for folks who are unaware.
(Of course, those folks aren't likely to worry about the password problem to begin with.)

Gravatar I'm a fan of both ROBOFORM and a new one I found LASTPASS.COM..I'm veering more toward lastpass.com lately..give it a shot.
PS LASTPASS.COM is freeeeeeee!

Gravatar Passpack is all of the above as well! Online (so you can use it anywhere 24/7), generated your passwords and is free too.

And we also have a Desktop version: http://tinyurl.com/5wwojz

Security and usability are our main priority.

Hope it helps!

Gravatar wow!you never know who's listening, louise,,i use the desktop version.

Gravatar Glad to hear it

Gravatar Hi Louise,

Have you been working on a portable desktop version of PassPack?

Adobe Air and Google Gears are nice, but you'd have to install them on every computer you use to take advantage of the desktop version.

Thanks for taking notice and commenting.

Gravatar I'm confused as usual..is FASTBACK in any way related to LASTPASS? Or is it a separate program by another company?

Gravatar I picked up a few details about Fastback. It's owned by IBM.

Quote:
IBM's TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager) FastBack is its new storage back-up product based on technology obtained through its FilesX acquisition. The company released FastBack only 90 days after its acquisition of FilesX in April during a recent storage company buying spree. Enabled with continuous data protection (CDP) and file-level blocking, FastBack is designed to provide managed back-up among both SMBs (small to medium-sized business) and distributed enterprises ...
